Breaking stereotypes, Aria Scarlett emerged with classical notes that soared, and bold bright pink hair and tattoos that unashamedly said, “I am me, and that’s how it is.” A warm reminder to the audience of our ever-evolving creative industry, and how spectacularly broad the world of cabaret, drag, and burlesque can be.

WAVE FORM

Wave Form  is a family friendly musical roving act perfectly suited to festivals, corporate and community events. Towering above spectators, this combination of singing and stilt walking makes for an unlikely but crowd drawing spectacle! Wave Form is dedicated to portraying story regardless of the language, traversing multiple music genres to create a space all her own, inviting everyone to indulge in sound.

Video filmed and edited by Kennedy from Eland Productions

Not content to simply bring a queer-friendly, genre-hopping perspective to classical music, Perth vocalist Aria Scarlett accepted the challenge of learning to perform on stilts. The result is a towering physical presence to match her soaring voice.
